Welcome to CoffeeChat. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CoffeeChat is owned and operated by Nest Digital Solutions Inc.
1. User-Generated Content and Moderation
CoffeeChat allows users to create profiles, contact notes, outreach drafts, templates, and other content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). Nest Digital Solutions Inc. maintains absolute and unquestionable discretion over moderation.
- We reserve the right to delete any post or wipe direct message history at any time without warning.
- We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user for any reason, without explanation or prior warning.
- You agree that you have no ownership rights over your account access or the platform's availability.
2. Limitation of Liability for UGC
Nest Digital Solutions Inc. is purely a platform provider and is explicitly not a publisher of User-Generated Content.
- Users are solely and completely legally responsible for everything they post, send, or transmit through CoffeeChat.
- We assume zero liability for defamatory, harassing, inaccurate, or malicious content posted by users.
- By using the platform, you agree that you cannot hold Nest Digital Solutions Inc. liable for the actions, statements, or content of other users.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nest Digital Solutions Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from your use of CoffeeChat, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights (such as defamation or copyright claims).
4. Platform Access and Security
All users must authenticate using our secure Supabase integration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
5. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
