We collect information necessary to provide you with the CoffeeChat networking operating system:

• Account Information: Email addresses and profile details you provide during registration via our secure Supabase authentication integration.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Posts, replies, contacts, and outreach data that you input into the system.
• Usage Data: Anonymous telemetry regarding how you interact with the application.

2. How Messaging and UGC Data is Handled

Your networking data is highly sensitive, and we handle it with maximum transparency:

• All private data (like contacts and CRM-style notes) is secured via strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies in our Supabase database. This means it is mathematically impossible for other users to query your private contacts.
• If you enable public profile discovery, your public profile card (never your email) is visible to other authenticated users.
• We do not sell your personal contacts, messaging data, or private CRM entries to third-party data brokers.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we use industry-standard security (including Supabase Auth and RLS) to protect your data, no system is entirely impenetrable.

• Nest Digital Solutions Inc. expressly disclaims any liability for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss that may occur despite our security measures.
• By using CoffeeChat, you agree to hold Nest Digital Solutions Inc. harmless from any damages arising from unauthorized access to your UGC or private data.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Upon account deletion, your private contacts and drafts are permanently purged, and your public community footprint is anonymized or removed according to our moderation discretion.
